  Wow! Lindsay... I can't speak for your experience but I've had work done at Bordertown Body Shop several times over the years and couldn't have been more pleased with both the work they did and the pleasant service they provided. I found the Manager professional and courteous, and he and his staff have gone well above and beyond whenever they've worked on one of my vehicles. From the times I've dealt with the Manager I find it hard to believe he'd ever call someone stupid based on their gender so I'm not sure if that comment is intentionally inflammatory or just a misinterpretation of what was actually said. The only thing I would agree with Lindsay on is the wait time to get work done... yes, it can take a few weeks to get in but that's because they're the best around and have a long waiting list of people waiting to get work done. In my experience it's well worth the wait!! PS- I'm not an employee or a relative.

  The manager lied to myself and my insurance company multiple times. Took nearly a month to get an appointment, then took twice as long as quoted to do the repairs. Refused to own up to it when directly confronted about lying. Over charged me and called me stupid because I am a woman.

  The number one body shop in Cumberland County. The manager, Don Shubert, is fantastic and goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. Highly recommended by many.

  Do not EVER take your car here. Absolutely horrible management and service. Go somewhere else, you'll save yourself a lot of headache.
