  Sat in drive through line waiting when I saw a employee walk past to light up a smoke 15 from me. Meanwhile the employees inside had apparently forgotten to turn on their headset, so I was told. After a lengthy wait I left the line and went inside and explained cars were waiting. I placed my order and waited some more. 10 minutes later I got my order. I walked outside to notice it was completely wrong and melted. I THREW IT AWAY rather than deal with these people again. $24 for the 30 minute experience.

  Go here a lot, usually pretty good service but there was a period of 2 weeks where they had no brownies for blizzards, but you could still order a hot brownie? Also once I ordered a cookie dough blizzard and they put chocolate peanut truffles in it (blizzard of the month was Triple Truffle or something, there was chocolate, caramel and peanut truffles). Lucky for them I wasn’t allergic to peanuts because that could’ve turned out badly.
